"9 Languages Concert" refers to the tradition of Podlasie - a region where Karolina Cicha comes from. During the concert we will hear songs in Ukrainian, Lithuanian, Russian, Romani, Belarusian, Yiddish, Polish, Tatar, and Esperanto. In addition to modern samplers and loopers we will hear ethnic instruments such as morinhuur, dotar, Jew’s harp, duduk, accordion, pipe and mandola. Archaic aliquot tone singing will also be performed. Compositions by a multi-instrumentalist duo with Bart Pałyga, who co-wrote the arrangement.

Project, that derives from the scale of traditional music, however, is not archival compilation, but a coherent whole speaking modern musical language. Language, that, has been built on the original style of the two personalities, their charisma and experience in musical expression, gained in projects related to ethnic, archaic and rock music.
