Double bass player, composer, arranger, producer. He collaborated, among others with Leszek Możdżer and Zbigniew Namysłowski. He has participated in recordings of over 40 albums, as well as recordings of film and theater music. He collaborated with the playwright Ingmar Villqist (music to the plays: "Sprawa Miasta Ellmit", "Helmucik", "Kompozycja w Słońcu" and others). One of the most original Polish jazz double bass players. In addition to working with the best musicians, he carries out his own, original projects. In 2007, the album: Olo Walicki, "Kaszëbë" – with compositions by Walicki – was made with Piotr Pawlak, Damroka Kwidzyńska (author of texts in Kashubian), Maria Namysłowska, Karolina Amirian, Cezary Paciorek and Kuba Staruszkiewicz. An outstanding, innovative album, well received by the public and critics, honored, among others, by "Gryf" - Pomeranian Art Award. At the Rozstaje/Crossroads Festival 2013: Olo Walicki and "Kaszëbë II" - premiere concert with material from the latest album!
