Anna Kiełbusiewicz (Poland)

 

Since 1996, she has been singing songs inspired by Polish folklore. She is mainly inspired by songs from Upper Silesia. During the concert by the use of her voice and guitar, she builds a specific, intimate atmosphere. She performs ritual songs, love songs and playful chants in her own way, found more in the imagination, less in a folk source.

 

The concert took place at the Klub Pod Jaszczurami (Main Square 8), July 29, 2000, during the Hutsul Night at the Festival Club (9:00 PM – 2:00 AM)
